Our lounge bar is the ideal place to enjoy a nice relaxing drink for a choice from one of our menus.

 

Our lounge bar offers a fine selection of Beverages including Scottish Real Ale. The Sutherland inn has been listed in the camera real ale guide for a number of years and always has a Scottish ale on tap.

The lounge bar is where you will find our extensive whisky collection on display.

When a feast or a snack is the order of the day then you can choose from one of our superb menus. As well as our regular menu we offer special themed menus during the course of the week.

 

On a Friday night it is our steak night. Apart from our full range of beef we offer many other types of meet as well as choice of fish.

 

On a Sunday it has to be the traditional Sunday roast. The Sunday roast is available all day and includes at least 4 different roast meats as well as fish and vegetarian options’, and for those with large appetites then there is the mixed platter with a bit of all the roast meats on that day.

If a large meal is too much in the middle of the day then our lunch menu may be just for you. Our lunch menu includes sandwiches and ciabatta baguettes with a whole range of fillings. The lunch menu also includes light meals such as Scottish breaded scampi with home cut chips and local sausages & mash.

 

To complete a quality meal you need to choose one for our wines from the extensive collection. Our wine collection includes wines from most regions of the world and most grape varieties. If a large bottle is too much then most grape varieties are available by the glass.

 

We are a family friendly hotel and restaurant. Children are welcome to be with their families. We have a childrens menu at all children would crave for. This means you can relax and enjoy your meal and not worry over your children as they dig in to their meal.
